RULES FOR FEE SUBMISSION

  • As per order of CBSE vide letter no. CBSE/SECY/SPS/2016-17 dated 10 December, 2016 in order to promote Cashless Transaction, the fee will be accepted only by Cheque /Demand Draft/Debit or Credit Card payable to ‘Sacred Heart School’.
  • Under no circumstances, cash will be accepted.
  • Fee will be paid on quarterly basis.
  • Fee will be paid only from 4th – 15th, 20th and 25th of the months.
    Fee Deposition.

RULES FOR FEE SUBMISSION

  • If you fail to deposit the fee of your ward upto the last day (25th) of a quarter, the name of your ward will be automatically stuck of from the rolls without any prior notice or information.
  • To re-admit the child, you will have to pay Rs. 1000/- as re-admission charge with all dues.
  • If the cheque gets dishonored due to any reason the fee will be deposited in Demand Draft/Debit Or Credit Card in the school office along with cheque bouncing charge @ Rs. 150/- and admissible late payment.
  • All dues must be cleared before the commencement of the Term Examination. Failing which the child will not be allowed to appear in the Term Examination.
  • No fine to be waived off under any circumstances by the Principal.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.

FEE SUBMISSION SCHEDULE

  • APRIL: Monthly fees of April, May and June + Annual Fees + Pre Term Exam Fees.
  • JULY: Monthly fees of July, August and September + Half Yearly Exam Fees.
  • OCTOBER: Monthly fees of October, November and December + Post Term Exam Fees +E-Care fees.
  • JANUARY : Monthly fees of January, February and March + Annual Exam Fees.
